Dr. Jordan and his team are amazing! From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. Jordan takes the time to explain every step of the treatment and truly cares about his patients' comfort and results. The office is always clean, organized, and runs on time. We’re so grateful for Dr. Jordan and all of the staff at 103 for making our orthodontic journey easy and fun. The staff are all professional and caring, the office is spotless, and so entertaining for the children. Dr. Jordan impressed me with his knowledge of the latest airway informed research and how good orthodontic care can prevent future health issues. Dr. Jordan and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I have only had positive experiences with them so far. They are always patient, kind, and thorough. I always leave there with a clear understanding of my child’s orthodontic needs, and what the future appointments will bring. The front desk staff are always welcoming and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Both offices are beautiful and clean!

My daughter finally got her braces off, and we couldn’t be happier with her beautiful smile. Dr. Jordan and the Team at 103 Orthodontics are truly the best. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They always made my daughter feel comfortable, you can really tell how much they care about their patients. I’ll never forget the personal call we received from Dr. Jordan the day after her braces were put on to check in, it was so unexpected and meant so much to us. Anytime we had an issue, they would fit us in and were always so accommodating. The results speak for themselves, my daughter is smiling with so much confidence, all because of Dr. Jordan and his amazing team. We are so grateful for all the hard work, attention to detail, and support along the way. We truly can’t thank you enough for taking such great care of us.
